Our Experience of BetGoodwin

We found the BetGoodwin site to be slick, easy on the eye and intuitive to use. Listing the available sports to the left, the betting selections themselves then take up the main part of the central screen, with the betting slip to the right. All in all, a layout which will be familiar to experienced online bettors and straightforward for those new to the activity.

Solid across all sports, the site is particularly strong when it comes to its horse racing offering and must boast one of the best money back racing offers on the market. Should your selection be beaten by a nose in any race, finish second by half a length or less in a chase, fall when leading at the final hurdle/fence, or finish second to a horse priced at 50/1 or higher, you will receive your money back as a free bet – up to a very generous maximum of £100!

We didn’t run into any problems during our time on the site, but did test out the sites live chat facility, which we found to be quick and responsive, whilst customer services can also be reached via email or telephone.

Sports & Markets Available

Offering odds on a total of 30 sports at the time of our review, BetGoodwin scores well in terms of the variety on offer – whilst perhaps lagging a little behind some of the more established online firms. There is always time to expand though, and unless you are seeking something really off the wall, you will most likely find what you are looking for here. The biggest betting sports such as horse racing and football are extensively covered, together with Alpine Skiing, Volleyball, and plenty more in between.

In common with the range of sports on offer, the number of markets available is also a little less than the largest online sites, although with close to 200 betting options for the bigger football games, and decent alternative place markets for the horse racing, they certainly aren’t far behind.

BetGoodwin Mobile Betting

At the time of our review BetGoodwin did not offer a mobile app for players to download. That shouldn’t detract too much from the mobile betting experience however, as the site translates well to mobile devices.

The main differences compared to the desktop offering are with the sports menu which, rather than being a permanent fixture, is a pop out from the left of the screen, and the betting slip which now opens to expand from the bottom of the layout.
